-16, 16, 16, 12, 10, 8

Character Checklist: Make sure you have a class, a race, and a background (see chapter 125). I do not want anyone making a custom background for the playtest, so please choose an existing background.

Setting: Zeitgeist. Think D&D Steam Punk feel to it all.

Hook/Premise:

You are members of the RHC (Risuri Homeland Constabulary); a law enforcement group sponsored by King Aodhan of Risur, tasked with pursuing threats that transcend country borders.

In the industrial capital city of Flint, a recent string of murders have gone unsolved. Typically, this would be left to the police, but recently one of the victims was found to be an assistant to a prestigious diplomat sent from the tiefling nation of Danor. This will spark an international incident if the murderer isn't brought to justice. Between the five victims, there are no common threads. However, the killer seems to take a trophy from each of his kill: a patch of flayed skin.

Your team of RHC members have been sent to assist local law enforcement with uncovering the killer and bringing him or her to justice. Are you up to the task?
